Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and have it corrected.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, customized products (such as special orders or personalized items)

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase of the new item.
The EU's 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation, if the item is shipped to the EU. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post.
