Your order is not accepted until RunjaCrafts has confirmed that it has been accepted. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as RunjaCrafts may not be able to honor cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept or that we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or telephone number provided at the time the order was placed. Your purchases may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our refund policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. When we hand over the products to the shipping company, title and risk of loss pass to you.

RunjaCrafts is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make on our store are made directly with RunjaCrafts.
